The Work Grantmaking and Portfolio Management Manage all aspects of the grants administration cycle for grantees, including RFP and application processes, due diligence, contracting, reporting, and closeout. Coordinate RFP and application processes, including application organization, reviewer coordination, scoring and synthesis, and communication with applicants. Conduct grant-related due diligence and support the review and approval of grant recommendations. Support the development and delivery of capacity-building initiatives and other non-grantmaking program activities that support grantee partners and advance program goals. Organize external grantmaking committees, including meeting logistics, agendas, materials, communications, decision-making processes, and follow-up. Business Development and Administration Contribute to business development and marketing efforts, including proposal writing, scope development, and public-facing materials. Support internal administrative and operational needs, as requested, including research, documentation, and other tasks. You communicate clearly (written and verbal) and collaborate easily with internal teams and external partners. You're a creative and strategic thought partner, identifying trends, raising questions, and offering recommendations in addition to managing execution. You bring both rigor and humanity to your work, balancing high standards with empathy, curiosity, and a sense of humor.
